Tobin’s school had an appreciation lunch this week. His teacher shared his responses to a few questions. I’m not quite sure how to interpret his answers.
1. What does your Dad do at work? Helps orphans
2. What does your Mom do? Works out
3. What does your Mom look like? small hair (what?), ball of curly hair on top, skinny
4. What do you like best about your Mom? She lets me play on lego.com
I am taking it as a compliment but maybe I need to do a bit more around here? smile
I was born in Jos, Nigeria many years ago. I spent the next nineteen years living in Liberia, Kenya and Ethiopia.
I love this. When I taught kindergarten, we did this for Mother’s Day and it was always hysterical. At least Tobin didn’t say your job was to “iron” or “take care of the dog” or “watch TV”!
