Whew…what a great weekend….so much so that it deserves bullet points this Monday morning.
- Saturday morning was filled with sun, clouds, and sun again while the kids played their soccer games.
- The pumpkin patch was a FAIL (super windy and cold) but the MINES Haunted back stage tour was a SUCCESS.
- Freddy’s Custard is now a family favorite.
- All kids ran the Fall Series this Sunday. Tobin did the VERY hilly mile and Caroline knocked out 2! Desta was disappointed that her race was SO short…we’ll be moving her up an age category for the next one!
- Groupon is awesome in this town. I Top It was a great way to end such a beautiful day!
- Biggest Loser marathon on Hulu Plus plus a big bowl of popcorn ended our weekend.
It was a family filled, super great weekend. The yelling was kept to a minimum, there were no door slamming episodes, homework completed (new rule about this one!) and gorgeous weather to end the time.
