I love Colorado most of the year. This spring has been unusually crazy. Snow one day, 70s and sunny the next. The atmospheric pressure is sending everyone to the nutty house. And our dear little D is cutting 6 teeth right now. I know, where is the justice in that right? (As Matt reminded me today, she won’t be in this stage forever…I hope the teeth emerge very soon).
End of the year means school trips, teacher gifts, special programs….on and on. And Matt and I are in the dead middle of some HUGE life decisions.
So I guess it stands to reason that sleep is eluding me lately. And with elusive sleep comes cranky mommy, bad runs and a whole host of other ailments.
I’m looking forward to June. I’m hoping most decisions will be made by then. I’m looking forward to kids out of school, consistent warm weather and family. Until then, I’ll keep plodding along in my allergy filled bubble of pollen!
I was born in Jos, Nigeria many years ago. I spent the next nineteen years living in Liberia, Kenya and Ethiopia.
