I recently got in contact with some of my ELWA friends through FB. I lived near Monrovia, Liberia for 8 years and never returned after the civil war broke out.
It’s been fun to see old pictures and catch up on the lives of friends I knew so long ago.
And see pictures of myself in that era. Oh scary times! For Friday humor I thought I’d show you a picture of yours truly taken in 3rd grade.
At the time I thought I had the BEST hair ever and my clothes were to die for. What do third graders know right?
