As this blog is also Desta’s baby book, I had to chronicle her three-month anniversary with us.
She is now officially sleeping through the night (Yay DADDY BOOT CAMP!) She LOVES to bounce and move. Her new words are ga ga. And she continues to scream Da Da all day long. Desta has started to stand on her for short periods of time. And playing with the Little People dollhouse is a new favorite as she can sit for LONG periods of time!
She continues to be a delight. She’s not so keen on mommy’s homemade baby food (sorry sister, it’s all you’re getting!) and oatmeal is now the cereal of choice. She also loves to gum frozen waffles. Maybe a tooth on it’s way?
I was born in Jos, Nigeria many years ago. I spent the next nineteen years living in Liberia, Kenya and Ethiopia.
Wow, she can stand unassisted?! YOU GO GIRLIE!!! She is amazing and darling and I can’t believe how much she’s grown and learned in 3 short months!!! She’s about to overtake Eli. I’ll have to make him step up his game (he can’t be shown up by a girl, can he?! HAHA!)
