Full Circle

Easter!

This Easter morning, Caroline and Tobin woke up early to find many treats in their Easter baskets. Tobin got a new basket that looks like a monkey (you can see a little bit of it in the picture of him with his bunny). Caroline got two bunnies, a ballerina bunny named “Tippy-Toes” and another named “Biffy” to go with her growing collection.

We went to church this morning and Caroline and Tobin got another treat from our friend (and babysitter) Dana. After church, we had our friends Jody and Laura over with their two boys, Nathan and Elijah. Matt hid the Easter eggs throughout the backyard, and all four kids went hunting. It lasted about 10 minutes before all the eggs were found.

Then, we sat down for our Easter feast which included a great ham, a potato/cheese casserole, fruit salad, and Laura’s homemade scones with pecan butter.
