While Matt and I are here wrapping up all the final house preparations for our renters, we’ve been trying out restaurants that we had always wanted to go to but never did in the Springs.
Last night was Edelweiss on Tejon. I”m not a big German food fan (a bit too heavy in the middle of summer) but the outside beer garden and tables were perfect for the weather! We had a great time with Hannah and Josh. The beer, all two sips I had (I’m still bummed that most beer is wheat and gluten laden!), was amazing. The food. Well, authentic German.
