It’s been a week…
I went back to the dentist on Tuesday as my new crown issues have not been resolved. I found myself in the dentist chair today for almost 3 hours getting a root canal. Now I’ve given birth to two babies, I’ve run a marathon and several races, I know what pain is. I could not get myself under control.
After 30 minutes of heart palpitations, tears and knuckles gripping the chair, I was given laughing gas. Can I please have a container of that for my house? I went into a spinning world of pain free dentistry. It was wonderful. Frank Sinatra and Elton John never sounded better on my ipod.
We’ll see how wonderful I feel once the numbness wears off and the root canal rears its ugly head. Too bad I have 25 DOZEN cakebites to make tomorrow for Lena’s wedding plus a dinner for some board members. Just fill me up with more laughing gas and it will all get done!
