This picture brings joyful tears to my eyes. It’s like Desta is staring into your soul and saying, “God saved me. I’m a miracle and I’m loved. There are lots of children in this world who need a family, but as for me, I’m taken. Who will you love?” Her little hand over her heart only adds to the photo. Melodie, she is absolutely beautiful.
