My previous post contained many references to my love for food. WOW, I knew I liked to eat and drink (as my husband pointed out last night…coffee isn’t a food) but not that much.
In case my doctor takes a look at that last post, or the medical examiner for my adoption physical, I want it to be made known that I do run and do eat healthy for the most part.
I’ve attached a picture of my last race..working hard and having fun.
On another note, I must give my husband, Matthew, a HUGE THANK YOU for redoing my blog. I got fed up with “the other” blog and he graciously converted all my posts, blog rolls and other items for me, free of charge. Isn’t he the best? I do like the next look.
I was born in Jos, Nigeria many years ago. I spent the next nineteen years living in Liberia, Kenya and Ethiopia.
