I am trying to come up with creative meal solutions. I really am. I am instead resorting to nacho dinners, taco salad and margaritas on a regular basis.
I wish Trader Joe’s was closer because they have both inexpensive and very yummy sauces that make you look like you’ve cooked all day.
I’d love some recipes that are easy, kid friendly and easy to freeze. Any takers?
In the meantime, I am counting the days until Julie and Julia comes out. I love Julie Child and face it, any movie with loads of butter in it has to be good! I’m hoping that movie premier night, August 7, will be cause for celebration as well!
