When it rains, it pours.
We got our call about the court “failure” on Friday. That same day we found a major leak in our kitchen. The entire floor is wet and buckled. Yep, here comes an insurance claim and some major housework. I am thankful for insurance!
Matt decided to make pancakes with the kids. Yep, the microwave died when trying to melt butter.
I am holding my breath to see what is around the corner.
We were not anticipating having to pay these household expenses. I’m trying to see the lesson in it. There is a lesson right?

Don’t get discouraged…..this is what happens when you adopt….the devil doesn’t like adoption because it is so much like the adoption of us by Christ through salvation! Your main goal for your little girl is for her to grow to the image of Christ to love Him some day. The devil doesn’t like this!
Pray for the spiritual and emotional protection of your family and don’t give up!
