I was going through old pictures on my computer and came across this one of Caroline. She’s around 6 weeks old. I was struck with the similarities of the two girls. Their hands in the same position, the same gasping looks. Maybe it’s just the fact that they are both little but it was fun to put them side by side and take a look!

I was born in Jos, Nigeria many years ago. I spent the next nineteen years living in Liberia, Kenya and Ethiopia.
