The shoes arrived today. I’ve been sporting the MBT look on all my errands. The results? Well, my hips are sore, my toes are sore and I’m ready to crash. BUT that could be the furniture I moved, the baby I chased, the stairs I climbed, the bikes I packed and the village I walked.
If I get calves like Heidi Klum, then I’m sold!

I was born in Jos, Nigeria many years ago. I spent the next nineteen years living in Liberia, Kenya and Ethiopia.
