Another week almost tucked under my belt. I’m heading out for my last long run before the race next week. It’s cold (again!) and raining and cold.
BUT I get to run with my friend, talk for 13 miles, enjoy the company of a wise woman. And I give my sister, Mindy, big kudos for watching the little one so I can do this today. Happy early Mother’s day to me!

I was born in Jos, Nigeria many years ago. I spent the next nineteen years living in Liberia, Kenya and Ethiopia.
